The Levin – Knightsbridge London Luxury Hotel Review

The Levin can be found in one of the most prestigious areas of Knightsbridge within your Prada handbags throw from Harrods itself. This stylish intimate boutique hotel offers absolute comfort for visitors looking for luxury and cosy surroundings during their stay.

Housing just 12 bedrooms this wonderfully charming hotel has a home from home feel and upon entering our Junior Suite the warmth of the room put me in the mood for total escapism that I couldn`t wait to settle down and enjoy.

The décor throughout the hotel is modern and gives that true sense of ultra comfort combined with understated luxury. All the bedrooms including ours are beautifully furnished and the bathrooms are adorned with miniature Molton Brown and Miller Harris toiletries to indulge in. Instead of your normal minibar set up each room provides visitors with an additional touch of class by offering its very own champagne and cocktail bar so you can kick back, relax and enjoy whatever tipple you fancy.

Located just a 5-minute walk from Knightsbridge tube station and also very close to Victoria coach station The Levin sits just round the corner from the amazing shopping haunts and restaurants nearby.

Having said that I can totally recommend dining at Le Metro Bar & Brasserie at any part of the day, it is situated on the basement floor of the hotel or it has its own entrance via Basil Street.

I actually do believe the hype about Le Metro being one of Knightsbridge`s best kept hidden dining secrets those foodies inside and out will love for its simple yet delicious menu. Seemingly as a connoisseur of fish and chips I have to say they are truly to die for here! Le Metro`s friendly and efficient staff will make your dining experience so enjoyable that no wonder its long treasured by locals and visitors alike, and if I`m ever in the area again I will definitely be stopping by to quench my thirst and hunger. And, after checking out the following morning the breakfast menu is as equally tempting with a fabulous choice of continental or cooked breakfast options to start the day with – definitely the best cooked breakfast I`ve had in a long time, what a treat!

The Levin is baby sister to The Capital Hotel right next door so if you find all 12 rooms are fully booked then why not try making a reservation there instead.
