The Dalmore 1974 and Jura 1974 join the Whyte & Mackay 40 year old and the Dalmore 40 year old to complete the Rare and Prestige collection of exceptional whiskies. The whiskies are now available to purchase.

There are only 220 bottles of Dalmore available in the UK, which have been retailing at £599.

There are only 150 bottles of Jura available from UK retail outlets and 250 bottles available from the distillery for £499 per bottle.

The Dalmore 1974
Retail price £599, 743 bottles produced world wide (220 for UK distribution)
Colour: Deep Amber gold with hints of rosewood.
Nose: Intense orange zest with hints of African cinnamon, Swiss chocolate and ripe bananas from the tropics. Classic tones of liquorice, crushed ripe apples and rich Java coffee drift softly in the background.
Taste: Complex fusion of flavours offer Seville orange peel and bitter Swiss chocolate with notes of dried fruits and walnuts from our single, robust 30 year old Matusalem Oloroso sherry butt.

Jura 1974
Retail price £499, 638 bottles produced world wide (150 for UK distribution)
Colour: Amber gold with dense copper highlights
Nose: An initial explosion of cinnamon, chocolate orange and Java coffee. Added to this the seductive taste of fresh mangoes and parma violets lie in the background.
Taste: Rare flavours of Madeira cake, honeyed liquorice and crushed almonds with just a whisper of sumptuous thick treacle toffee.
