Luxury Botanical Gin from Caorunn

The gin market continues to grow at a rate of knots with new, premium, boutique brands launching into the market on a weekly basis. One particular brand that has come to our attention is the delicious Caorunn, from bonnie Scotland.

Luxury botanical gin from Caorunn

The name Caorunn originates from the Gaelic name for rowan berry, which grows wild in the impressive Scottish countryside. The rowan berry is handpicked and infused along with four other Scottish botanicals to create the gin. The Scottish ingredients also inspire the modern and elegant bottle, which has five sides to represent the five botanicals including dandelion, heather, Coul blush apple, bog myrtle and rowan berry along with six traditional gin botanicals and natural Scottish water. Fresh and floral on the nose, this gin is clean, sweet, full-bodied and aromatic with a long-lasting dry and crisp finish.

If you enjoy your gin then Caorunn is definitely one to have in the collection. Here are a couple of delicious cocktail recipes we wanted to share with you. Now don’t say we never give you anything!
