Set for release in late 2008, the hams, which have been cured for the past 2 years, will be sold for £80 / pound or you can take the entire leg for around £1000!

The pigs themselves reared on the open range in woodlands in southwestern Spain are pure bred Iberian pigs fed on a diet of acorns grasses, roots and tubers.
