Tom Kerridge joins Harrods as Chef of the season

This October Tom Kerridge, the British chef behind the two Michelin-start The Hand & Flower and The Coach, will be joining Harrods as the Chef of the season.

Tom has created a winter range of dishes-to-go for the Food Halls which will launch on 1st October with highlights including guinea fowl terrine walnut and celery mayo; chicken kiev with mushroom ketchup; shin and bone marrow pie and a chocolate and ale mousse with salted caramel and frosted pecans.

Followed by a Christmas range launching on the 12th November, with Tom’s contemporary take on Christmas classics – think honey roast ham with salt baked pineapple a stuffed turkey with brown sauce and crumble topping. And a spiced orange cake with a plum and cinnamon sauce. – Available up until Tuesday 5th January.

In addition to this, for the first time in Harrods Chef of the Season line-up, Tom will very excitingly be hosting a pop-up restaurant in the Food Halls from 2nd to 8th November where he will be cooking on an open grill with his team from The Hand & Flowers.

The pop-up will offer discerning London foodies a three course set menu with wine pairing featuring signature dishes from the recipe book and his restaurants; The Hand & Flowers and The Coach. Dishes include crispy pig’s head with sweet date sauce, pancetta and chickweed and venison chilli with puffed rice and 100% chocolate served with the infamous Hand & Flowers triple cooked chips.
