Novotel Bali Benoa Resort & Hotel Review
Novotel Bali Hotel in Benoa is a family friendly 4.5 star resort located near the relaxed affluent region of Nusa Dua, which overlooks the golden sands of Tanjung Benoa beach. Benoa is famous for its water sports from water skiing to glass bottom boat tours to scuba diving, so if these are some of your favourite holiday pastimes then this is the place to be based in Bali, and with its own private beach all these water sports can be accessed with complete ease.
This family orientated resort boasts 187 uniquely designed rooms and private villas, each set amidst lush tropical gardens, and also provides a unique yet authentic Balinese atmosphere incorporating traditional décor throughout. The resort facilities feature three restaurants and bars, three swimming pools, a tennis court and fitness centre, as well as indulgent spa treatments – something for all the family to indulge in! You can even enjoy local entertainment every night at this hotel, along with a daily program of activities for both adults and children – there is a kids club that welcomes children from 5 – 12 years of age, which enables parents to grab some quality time together for a few hours if required.
We stayed in our own private Garden Villa comprising its own undercover relaxation area overlooking the swimming pool, outside living room complete with a well-stocked mini bar, and dining facilities. Inside the villa featured a deluxe king size bedroom, separate dressing room and outside bathroom including a fabulous Jacuzzi bath.
Novotel Bali Benoa has yet another string to its bow and has become the first Accor hotel in Asia to receive The Green Globe Certification which recognises the resorts commitment to successfully implementing an integrated environmental management system, and is proud to have received this award three times! The resort has also been rewarded for its ongoing commitment to responsible tourism with the Gold medal in Bali’s Tri Hita Karana Tourism Awards for the period Dec 4 2010 – Dec 4 2011.
Overall we thoroughly enjoyed this charming resort and would say its excellent customer service, traditional Balinese qualities and fantastic facilities make it a first class choice for young families on the island of Bali.
