Well you can’t go far wrong with a Powerplate pro5 AIRdaptive. It offers the intensity of a personal trainer but with a fraction of the effort.

All you do is stand on it and enjoy the ride… it’s truly the future of exercise with all of us becoming more and more lazy, but it’s still only accessible to the loaded at a price f £8,000!!!
