For luxurious summer evenings to be complete, you really need some quality snacks. Unearthed has recently stepped into the breach with it’s exceptionally high quality range of delicious treats.

The selection includes the following:

Barrel Aged Greek Feta - this was delicious cubed and sprinkled over a nice summer salad. I must admit that the 4 month barrel aging failed to add any discernible difference to the Feta, but jolly nice nonetheless…

Manzanilla Olives, Manchego and Chilli - if you like your apertifs spicy then this is the perfect accompaniment, delicious but blew my head off after 3rd / 4th olive…

Sweet Cherry Peppers with Ricotta - these were my favourite. Succulent, sweet and savoury -  all in one flavour packed package.

French Saucisson Sec with Herbs - a thinly sliced Saucisson with genuine depth of flavour. Perfect with an evening gin and tonic.

Italian Prosciutto - perfect sandwiched between some Ciabatta with a few marinated artichokes and sun-dried tomatoes.

Unearthed claim to source from the finest producers and I have to say the flavours bear that out.

Available with Waitrose, Able & Cole and Ocado.
