Tucked away in the heart of Chelsea and with incredible harbour views is the rather swish Wyndham Grand Hotel London. As you’d expect, it’s a 5* interior designer’s dream, contemporary, stylish and with some of the best cocktails we’ve had the pleasure to taste, this place simply chic with a capital ‘C’.

The Wyndham Grand’s restaurant, Aquasia has recently won a prestigious Rosette award for it’s fine dining… and when you try it for yourself you know why! With a view over the harbour (whether you’re sitting inside or out), this has to offer one of the best seats in town for dining.

Now onto the food… if we had to describe it - ‘An eclectic mix of Mediterranean and Modern British grub’. The food is as fresh as it gets and what’s even nicer is that it’s predominantly British foodstuffs sourced locally where possible.

The main courses vary from the healthy pan roasted fillet of Sea Bass with braised fennel and red wine sauce or the Yellow Fin Tuna with Chinese broccoli, sticky rice and soy sauce to the Aquasia Burger – our choice of course and damn… what a great choice it was.
