There are two models available, the 52” model priced at approximately £9,000 and the 65” one available from around £11,000.

“The XS1 Series AQUOS LCD TVs feature a new RGB-LED backlight system that delivers possibly the finest image quality with ultimate visibility of deep blacks. Enhanced environmental performance is achieved through a new system designed to lower power consumption by adjusting the screen brightness in response to the brightness of the surrounding environment. And, since the TVs are only one inch (2.3 cm) thick at the thinnest part, Sharp and Pioneer Corporation jointly developed a thin-design speaker system that incorporates Sharp’s unique 1-Bit digital amplifier to offer natural, clear sound.”
