The Ritz-Carlton Residences in Bankok

• Simplex Residences (Simplex) – a 430 square metres residence with the classic interior design inspired by the work of David Collins Studio. The Simplex will feature skyboxes and terraces.
• Duplex Residences (Duplex) – 216 square metres with modern design
As is Residences – with modern style finishing. This is the residence that customers will get.
Ground level of the Sales Gallery consists of three areas:
o The Ritz-Carlton Gallery showcase
o Public gallery – for exhibitions with frequently rotated art pieces for the public
o Dean & DeLuca Café – The world-acclaimed gourmet brand “Dean & DeLuca” from New York will launch its first-in-Thailand “Dean & DeLuca Café” here, at MahaNakhon Pavilion.
The Ritz-Carlton Residences Bangkok is part of the iconic MahaNakhon mixed-use development project that is set to be an architectural landmark and at 314 metres, Bangkok’s tallest building.
