New Luxury Hotels in Rhodes

Everyone needs a holiday every now and again, so why not head abroad to the Greek island of Rhodes where four new luxury 5 star hotels are opening this year!  Continuing to shed its party image and build for a more luxury focused tourism, these new hotels are absolutely stunning, offering a range of accommodation and beautiful views.

The Atrium Prestige Thalasso Spa Resort & Villas in Kalathos on the east coast
This hotel, due to open in spring 2009, has breath taking views of the Aegean Sea and includes Presidential beach villas, 6 restaurants and hot stone treatments.

The Elysium Resort & Spa in Kallithea
This is due to open in April 2009 and according to Greek mythology, Elysium was an ancient paradise exclusively designated to heroes who had been granted immortality by the Gods.  The hotel has a beachfront spanning 400 metres, views of the ocean and an 18-hole golf course which is nearby.

La Marquise Luxury Resort Complex close to Kallithea Springs
Due to open in May 2009 this resort includes villas and maisonettes and has an interlinking lagoon-style outdoor swimming pool.  A fitness suite with a personal trainer and a private spa suit is also available. 

Port Royal Villas & Spa in Afandou
These villas and spa are due to open this year and are located on the blue Flag-Awarded Sand beach of Kolymbia in Afandou on the island’s east coast.  It has 3 bars and 3 restaurants and a presidential suite with private pool is available.
