Meribel has to be one of my favourite French ski resorts - even if that side of the mountain tends to go into shade come late afternoon.
Nonetheless, the quality of the skiing and the resorts apres ski are fantastic.
In terms of luxury chalets, I wouldn’t really want to look any further than this stunner which sells for around £28,000 (approx $45,000 per week).
It includes:
• Home cinema
• Bar
• Ski room
• Sauna & Jacuzzi
• 6 Bedrooms
• Sleeps 14
• Its location is very private and yet only 15 meters from the ski slopes. Perfect as catching buses and ski lifts to the slopes is pain in the butt….
• Convenient to the town’s charming shops and restaurants.
• South facing terrace overlooking La Saulire, and a double garden.
