Colin is delighted to present the opportunity to work for a day in the kitchens as part of his team. The day includes the morning kitchen prep and tutorial right through to the end of lunch service. Colin will give you private tuition in the areas of specific food preparation, butchery and cooking you are most interested in.
You are then invited to spend the afternoon relaxing in your choice of any of the beautiful bedroom suites before enjoying Winteringham Field’s world renowned Menu Surprise and Sommelier’s wine selection in the evening.
Winteringham Fields will also provide you with a kitchen goodie bag which includes an apron, menus and much more for you to enjoy. The experience is priced at £595 for an individual, who may invite a friend or partner to dine with them in the evening or £695 for a couple. A most perfect of gift experiences for couples .
