Anti gravity yoga hammock

This anti gravity yoga hammock will very soon become the must have accessory of every luxury gymnasium.

Ideal for pulling some loop the loop moves or simply stretching areas that other gym classes don’t reach - the anti gravity yoga hammock is most certainly the next big thing in personal exercise. Although, I recently tried it and almost managed to do a double back flip with pike - completely by accident!

The back flip aside, I can see anti gravity yoga becoming very popular very quickly. The fact that it’s a supported activity and a little less abrasive than normal yoga means that it’s applications transgress the main stream gym demographic. i.e the older generation will be able to get something out of it….

Apparently the founder - former gymnast Christopher Harrison says “it’s part acrobatics, Pilates, gymnastics and body conditioning,.
Anyway, go try it for yourself!

Antigravityyogahammock.com is aiming to start selling these from mid February.

I too watched the View and immediately wanted to know where to buy one. In the mean time I have made my own out of fabric and love to hang upside down but not for long. It is not very comfortable but I use a pillow which helps. When and how can we buy one? I have a friend also wanting to buy one.

I’m so excited, I found out that the Yoga classes will be available in Orlando now. It’s at the Orlando Sports Center. I think classes start in June.

I’m surprized. I can’t find a class in Houston, Tx. Also, please put me on your list for info on when and where I can purchase one. A round of chemo last year compromised my joints (they don’t tell you that), and this is perfect for getting back into shape.

i live in south africa… i am afraid there is little chance of this craze reaching our shores anytime soon… please do let me know when the equipment comes on sale as this would be the only way i could try this. it looks amazing!
