Steve Bruce is the restaurant owner who unveiled the Frrrozen Haute Chocolate which has earnt him a certificate for the world’s most expensive dessert. If you want to try and replicate this deliciously rich dessert you will need:

• 28 scarce cocoas blended in secret proportions.

• The finest whipped cream.

• A sprinkling of La Madeline au Truffle.

• A dusting of 23 carat gold dust.

As well as eating the pricey pudding the lucky purchaser will be able to take home the goblet it’s served in, the diamond encrusted gold spoon used to eat it and a gold bracelet.
