If you want to feel like your mixing it with the best celebs, then you might have to think about acquiring a designer pooch. But what if you don’t want to take on a dog full time?

Well, Flexpetz might offer the solution.
They enable you to rent-a-dog for around £25 ($50) per day. Not bad if you need to have the ultimate doggy fashion accessory. The Flexpetz service is due to also launch in London - Spring 2008.
According to the BBC - Leona Helmsley an eccentric New York billionaire decided to leave her dog named Trouble, a staggering $12m (£5.8m).

The dog’s trust fund is managed by John Codey who recently told US television network CBS that Trouble costs for medical care, security, meals, grooming etc amount to $300,000 (£145,000) per annum.
Unfortunately, the media spotlight on Trouble has attracted a number of death threats.
It sounds like Trouble has a rather apt name….!!
