Film buffs will know of Daniel Barber the esteemed film director of short film “The Tonto Woman” - for those who don’t know - the film received an academy nomination this year.

Elle Macpherson AKA “the body” is selling her enormous Notting Hill home for £9 million ($18 million).

Arnold Schwarzenegger and his wife have reportedly spent $4.7m (£2.4m) purchasing 25 acres of land situated on a Santa Barbara ranch.
The off plan site will entitle the Schwarzenegger’s to build a fabulous 8,500 sq ft home. However, the purchase is apparently subject to 99 pages of guidelines which determine the architectural style of the home and the type of plants that can be incorporated into the landscaping.
Even so, I don’t think Mr Schwarzenegger will be terminating the purchase!
