Yesterday, we reviewed the Culloden Estate in Belfast, a fabulous 5 star hotel, which deserved the praise it received. By no means are we taking anything away, but, like I said, sometimes less is more.

It truly was a wonderful contrast to staying in bustling, unfriendly hotels.
Both of the staff we met (Peter and Ben) were effortlessly charming; they gave us information when requested, booked taxis, and were just genuinely wanting to please.
