I was really intrigued to eat dinner at Inamo as I’d heard amazing things about the unique interactive ordering system and entire digital experience.
As Asian food is an absolute favourite of mine I was hoping I would enjoy tasting these appetising dishes and also the fast paced atmosphere provided by this oriental fusion restaurant situated right in the heart of Soho.
As soon I stepped inside this intimate space it commanded my attention, all I could see was uber-cool digital photographic landscape images and patterns projected onto each table setting. I was greeted, led to my table and was encouraged to play with the digital menu drop down system, which basically meant I could navigate food items from a mouse pad to the right of my place mat. I must admit it took me a while to get to grips with the touch sensitive menu system but once I had grasped its functionality I added a variety of two small dishes, one large dish, two sides and a couple of cocktails as a recommended combination from the waiting staff.

I have been suffering with a bit of a sniffle recently. My wife says it’s a very bad case of man flu...... jeeezz no sympathy these days......
Anyway, I tried these luxury Manuca Honeysuckers to relieve my icky throat and was pleasantly surprised. Billed as luxury cough sweets, these things are certainly flavoursome and did offer some assistance to my soar throat.
I did have one serious gripe. They are nigh on possible to extract from the packet without getting sticky goo all over your hands…
