This character rich Georgian house situated on Wimpole Street, Central London, was once used by both Sir Paul McCartney and John Lennon while drafting such classics as Eleanor Rigby and I Wanna Hold Your Hand.

Full of character and well situated, the house has now come onto the market at a cool £4.15 million ($7.67 million).  No doubt there will be the odd die hard Beatles fan who will be hoping to secure a piece of musical history!

Aside from the historical context, this property offers substantial accommodation spread over 6 storeys and plenty of period features to boot.

Currently on the market with Hudsons.

The rise and rise of the billionaire uber class has created a whole new market for A-list entertainers.

Christina Aguilera being one of the most notable superstars for hire, has allegedly performed a 30 minute performance at Suleiman Kerimov’s 40th birthday party for $925,000 (£580,000) and three songs at the wedding of Russian billionaire Andrei Melnichenko for a cool $2,000,000 (£1,080,000).

Beyonce Knowles apparently won’t get of bed for anything less than $500,000 (£270,000)!

Miss Aguilera and Knowles are not alone. Many performers see these private performances as a welcome relief from the treadmill of world tours and album promotions. The pay isn’t bad either with rule of thumb one half times price increase on an artists normal fees. Then there’s maybe additional top ups, luxury accommodation, gifts, meals etc etc. All this adds up to a very nice little earner for agents and performers alike.

Bling bling bling! It’s everywhere nowadays.

The most current bling product is the “grill” which looks a little bit like a diamond encrusted gum shield! Umm, whatever pulls your chain I guess.

The leading grill designer is Paul Wall, a Houston based rapper and jeweller. For $800 per cap he can coat your teeth in a “Money in your Mouth” grill comprising 14 carat gold and diamonds. A set of ten teeth costs in the region of $8,000 (£4,324).
