With the differing rooms available, capacity is not an issue. The only problem is the choice available, there are at least five rooms capable of holding a really good bash.
However, For parties greater than can be hosted in the house, Aynhoe Park has manicured lawns with breathtaking views, perfect for siting a marquee. For wedding venues Oxford cannot offer better.
The house has been rebuilt and remodelled throughout history, first by Thomas Archer in 1700 and then, a century later, by Sir John Soane.
Its current owner, James Perkins, has re-invented the house, bringing it into the twenty-first century whilst remaining sympathetic to its history.
The most recent renovation has been recognised by the Georgian Society, who have awarded a commendation in their 2009 Architectural Awards.
This is a location that needs to be explored. Many surprises lurk around the next corner, like the taxidermy, the delightful gothic touches and one of the world’s greatest private collections of plaster casts.

Track-based supercar club, RS Academy, has announced it is launching the first of its taster days at the Ascari Race Resort in southern Spain. These days will allow potential members to get a flavour of club membership and experience some of the club cars for themselves in situ at one of the club’s venues.
The taster days will be held on various dates in December and the fee will be refunded to anyone who joins the club on the day.
RS Academy is the only supercar club membership that affords members the chance to drive the world’s finest performance cars as their designers intended.
