The Mint Leaf is a luxury Indian Restaurant tucked away on London’s busy Haymarket Street in London. As soon as you walk through the door you are blown away by its cavernous ambience and contemporary attitude towards Indian cuisine.
Whilst the restaurant has a definite modern and contemporary buzz to it, there is a clear feeling of traditional Indian values from the moment you sit down and are greeted by incredibly polite waiters.
As a British foodie I like a good curry… but this is no ordinary Indian restaurant! This is the pinnacle of curry houses offering flavoursome and authentic spice all the way. The food is fresh, full of taste and the menu has clearly been thought out extremely well with something to tantalise every taste bud.
It’s not surprising that The Mint Leaf has a string of accolades to its name as well as attracts celebrities from all over the World.
Ohhhh.. and don’t forget to taste some of the delightful cocktails on offer… probably some of the best in London and I’m really not kidding!
Minton, a brand owned by luxury brand Royal Doulton, have recently released three new complete tea and coffee sets… perfect for those afternoon cream teas, just don’t drop ANYTHING!

Spending a luxurious 24 hours in Paris was definitely one of my highlights this year so far. We chose to spend the night before our departure in the Ashford International Hotel, as its convenient location was only 45mins away from the newly opened Ebbsfleet International Station and perfect for our early start the next day. After a long day in the office I was pleased to step foot inside this modern hotel with vibrant décor. The rooms were a generous size and we received a warm welcome from the reception staff – we felt like our holiday had already started!

There’s a huge Hollywood auction being planned on the 1st of August which will clear out some of the storage cupboards in the famous film location. This, for instance, is THE original T.I.E. Fighter filming miniature from Star Wars no less, and it’s expected to reach a whopping £75,000.
Then you’ve got Tobey Maguire’s mask from Spider-Man which is expected to fetch up to £27,500. Also for sale are Ben Affleck’s complete Daredevil costume and outfits from X-Men, Van Helsing and Space Patrol.
Or perhaps even every child’s dream toy growing up in the 80’s, the hoverboard used by Marty McFly (Michael J. Fox) in Back To The Future II and III, which is listed for sale at between £15,000-£25,000.
