This is quite an interesting, bling generation, MP3 product which is retailing for a staggering $19,999.99.
As you’ll often hear me say on here “less is sometimes more” and alas that is the case with this product. Nonetheless, it’s an unusual luxury item and appears to be one of the first of it’s ilk.
This product is currently retailing on Amazon and has the following spec:
• World’s most expensive MP3 player is cast in 750 gold (18 karat) with 63 diamonds (one-karat)
• Large, 1 GB memory holds loads of tunes (MP3, WMA, WAV, ASF, and OGG formats)
• Two-color OLED screen displays ID3 tags, FM radio station info, and equalizer visualization
• Designed with two headphone jacks for sharing music with a friend
• Measures 2.95 x 1.26 x 0.63 inches (WxHxD)
(Via Luxist)
For some reason croquet has the air of kings and queens about it. So I suppose by default it’s going to have a luxury image. Aside from that, it’s a great game for any lawn.
Harrods in London retail this excellent set for £299 ($550).
It’s described as a:
“Full size Croquet set In pine wooden Box 4 Natural ash mallets Set of Hoops 4 balls hoop clips winning peg corner flags and rules.
Size: 113cm x 30cm x 20cm”

If you can bear the really irritating, obtrusive ads, check out the forbes.com most expensive cars of 2006.
The stunning Bugatti Veyron that we took a look at here tops the list but no mention of the Ferrari P4/5 which we reviewed here.
Interestingly, the majority of the list are drawn from auto companies outside the super car mainstream.
Innovations like this towel rail holder can really make all the difference in making your home truly luxurious.
Aesthetically it’s smooth lines ooze quality and sophisticated design. Dough Heat say:
“Striking in its design, aroma has a subtle flowing profile. As its name suggests, aroma features an aromatherapy heated pool, which creates an ambience for a relaxing bathroom experience.
Towels that are in use can be placed and dried at both sides of the product through the heated side apertures. The sculptural, relaxed form of aroma allows rolled up bath towels to be stored and aired ready for use.
Although aroma looks effortless, the technology within the product is an advancement in heated towel rail innovation. Its fully electric, localised heat gives efficiency where it’s needed. The only hint of this technology is shown where the user interacts with the product, with its machined pop-out temperature control knob.”
