Maison Bruno Paillard Premiere Cuvee Rose

What better way to begin a romantic evening than with an elegant glass of pink bubbles? This Premiere Cuvee Rosé, named on account of its composition of only the first pressing, is an emphatic example of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay coming together in a perfect marriage. Aesthetically, this offering from Maison Bruno Paillard, is salmon pink in colour. There are notes of cranberry and raspberry. For us, this rosé matches well with lighter meats or it is simply fantastic to enjoy by itself.

A top end Champagne House, which makes a delicious Premiere Cuvee Rose (Multi Vintage).  It is available by the glass at a selection of London restaurants, such as Blandford Comptoir, Café Comptoir & SushiSamba (as part of a Valentine’s menu), as well as in Selfridges and Spirited Wines.
